Signs of the End Times that some of us are feeling to be closing in on us these days, are the rpominent place of Israel in the news, wars and rumors of wars which are also in the news every day lately, Ukraine versus Russia but a feeling of rumblings behind the scenes from other directions too. the increase over the lst decade or so of a particularly malevolent kind of immoral mental set, such as in the idea that biolobical males should be allowed to be treated as female if that is what they hap0pen to want, and allowed to compete against biolobical females in sports as if biology didn't matter, their greater tstrength meaning nothing at all while what they imagine to be the case is taken for rality. And allowed to be in locker rooms with the opposite biological sex. This is so insane it is hard to imaexplain how it could ever have come to this. Criticical race theory which brands the whawhite race as inherently racist is a profound evil that has also been growing over the last few years. Trump and his wonderful group of cabinet members and other helpers is p0ushing back on these things, but they are continuing in the world and wherever his administration can'[t yet reach, if it ever will be able to. We hope but who kjows. there are also earthquakes and eceptionally powerful weather events latelyh, nothing that hasn'[t existed before butr a lot of them it seems coming close together. Disasters like the plane crases. Universityh students supporting the vicious Islamists against the Jews. This is a big one I should have put first.
These things are unprecedented in history I think. If I'm wrong I'd like to hear when and where it ever happened before that such things were part of the public discourse let alone strongly supported morally righteous positions that are of course the exact opposite of morallyh righteous. Sheer evil.
I pray a lot of the success of Trump and the side of true righteousness to prevail, as I'm sure many others are also doing. Prayer got him into office and it is clear that God is blessing our effdorts and his. We just keep praying and hoping. It was a miracle that kept him from an aassassin's bullet.
But the evil trends are the signs that we re in the end times. If they get pushed back for a while, horroray, it will mean that the end times are not quite as close as we thought, but its hard to believe theyh are just going to go away.
And now as I wrote about in my previous post I'[m thinking there are signs that we could avhave the true Antichrist in place in a fvery short time. Yes I'm big on signs and portents, symbols. The thirteens in the story of Pope francis are a big symbolic portent to my mind. So many of them all clustered together. And next year in March I see aother one coming. Sure I could be getting carried away playing with ideas that don'[t really mean what I htinki they could mean. Sure. But boy do they look pregnant with meaning to me.
And now I'm tyhinknging again fo the name Trump. When he first came to my attention my first thought was yes, here comes the Last Trumpet. tta's what the name suggests. the last trumpet is when the end times begin in power, when the Church is rapture d away and the Antichrist comes to reign and the seven ear tribultion gets underway before the return of Jesus Christ.
Names in the Bible usually have some meaning attached to them, often connected with the history of Isxrael. God gives Hosea names for his three children for instance which point to particular events and istuations on the prophetic calendar for His people. God certainly does give signs and symbols of prophetic happenings. \
